Leaked D23 footage from Captain America: Brave New World Gives Us Our First Look at Harrison Ford’s Red Hulk

With more than 12,000 Disney enthusiasts present, Marvel Studios debuted a trailer for Captain America: Brave New World at Comic-Con, and already, footage of the Hulk has surfaced online!

The official teaser for the film over this summer gave us our first look at the villain, but now that it’s fully unveiled, Harrison Ford looks amazing as the flaming colossus.

It appears President “Thunderbolt” Ross transforms just in front of the White House, as we’re sure you’ll notice, and the visual of Red Hulk surfacing from behind the Commander in Chief’s lectern is incredible.

Sam Wilson’s ability to defeat the Hulk is still up in the air, and it’s unclear at this point if Ford’s Red Hulk will only appear in Captain America: Brave New World or if he will play a part in Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret War as well.

In any case, we’d wager that Ford’s metamorphosis has something to do with The Leader’s reappearance and the President turning into the Hulk. That much will be difficult to overlook in upcoming MCU motion pictures and television series.

The massive and muscular Red Hulk played by Harrison Ford resembles the ferocious Hulk from The Avengers. Based on the video from Marvel’s D23 2024: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event display and the first trailer for Captain America: Brave New World, Red Hulk appears to be just as muscular as Hulk, if not more so than the original Hulk from Phases 1 and 2.

He also has a bent back and enormous arms. crimson Hulk has crimson eyes, dark hair, and white streaks on his temples, but his visage appears more human than the ferocious Hulk.

The Red Hulk from Captain America: Brave New World looks more like Harrison Ford than the original Hulk from the MCU did with Mark Ruffalo in Phases 1-3. Once more, this might be the outcome of an upgrade, as Thaddeus Ross in the original material has instant control over his Red Hulk persona, but Bruce Banner in the comics and the MCU fought for years to control the Hulk. Red Hulk, at least in his initial metamorphosis, might still be more ferocious than his comic book counterpart, though.

Marvel Studios hasn’t officially released any of the footage shown to D23 attendees, but we do have new banners for Captain America: Brave New World and Ironheart.
